10 Minute Tacos: Pork Chorizo Tacos
Pork Chorizo Tacos
- 9 oz Pork Chorizo
- Pico de Gallo
- Romaine lettuce chopped
- 1/4 cup Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
- Small flour tortillas
Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Remove casing from Chorizo and place in skillet. Cut into sections using a spatula. As it cooks continue to break it up. Cook for 7-10 minutes.
Prepare a plate with a paper towel. Remove the chorizo from the skillet and spread it across the paper towel. Use another paper towel, gently press and absorb the extra grease from the chorizo.
Starting with the chorizo on the bottom, build your tacos and add toppings.
