Crazy Simple Breakfast Tacos

Our Breakfast tacos take our favorite breakfast foods guessed it. Turn them into tacos! The ingredients are stupid simple and easy to eat for all ages in taco form.

  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk dairy or almond
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 8 corn tortillas warmed
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese blend
  • 1 avocado—peeled pitted and sliced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro leaves finely chopped
  • 1/2 white onion chopped
  • lime wedges to garnish


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°. Cut bacon strips in half. In a large nonstick skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat, turning once, for 5 minutes or until browned and crisp. Move Bacon to paper towels to remove excess grease.
  2. In a bowl, combine eggs and milk and beat together. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium high heat. Add the eggs and cook, push edges of egg into the center, until soft forms form, about 3 minutes.
  3. Fit tortillas into 2 oven safe Taco Tenders and place on a baking sheet. Spoon the eggs into the tortillas and smother with cheese. Bake for about 3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Add bacon and avocado to the top of the eggs and cheese. Serve right away, cilantro, white onion, lime wedges and hot sauce.
