Savory Buffalo Shrimp Tacos

  • 2 tbsp salted butter
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce we like Cookies
  • 1 lb shrimp no tails, peeled, and deveined
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 2 celery stalks diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion diced
  • Sour cream
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2 cup cilantro chopped


  1. Melt butter over medium heat in a large skillet. Add buffalo sauce and mix. For about 4 minutes, or until fully cooked, sauté shrimp in the sauce.
  2. Use Taco Tenders and a microwave to warm the tortillas.
  3. Serve immediately and load with veggies, sour cream, cilantro, and extra blue cheese. Add additional buffalo sauce if desired.
