Spicy Lamb Tacos with Slaw

Ingredients
Slaw
- 3 cups thinly sliced cabbage
- 1 bunch of radishes sliced and halved
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- Salt to taste
Lamb
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 3 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 tbsp fresh oregano chopped
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp chipotle chili powder
- 1/4 cup beer porters, see notes
- 1 tsp cider vinegar
- 8 warm corn tortillas
Toppings
- Crumbled feta
- Sour cream
- Chopped cilantro
- Fresh jalapeño
- Lime wedges

Preheat oven to 380° F

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sauce the lamb with garlic and oregano. Cook for 6-8 minutes until there is almost no pink. Combine the chile powders, beer, cider vinegar, and salt to taste and add tot he lamb. Stir and cook down until the liquid is gone.

Place tortillas into Oven Safe Taco Tenders on a baking sheet and warm for 5 minutes in the oven.

Make the slaw by combining the radishes, cabbage, cumin, cilantro, lime juice, and salt.

Transfer the slaw, lamb, and toppings to serving bowls and have the family build their taco!
