Spicy Turkey Tacos

Ingredients
- 8 crunchy corn taco shells
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 4 tsp adobo seasoning
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- 4 Cloves of garlic minced
- 1 onion diced
- 1 cup crushed tomatoes
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella grated
- 1 cup pico de gallo
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375° and place taco shells into Oven Safe Taco Tenders on a baking sheet

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add turkey and break down to a crumble while browning. Add adobo seasoning, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper.

Add garlic and onions to the turkey and cook for 4 minutes. Then add in the crushed tomatoes and cilantro. Reduce heat to simmer.

Place baking sheet with Taco Tenders and shells in oven for 2-3 minutes or until warm.

Serve immediately and top with sour cream, mozzarella, pico de gallo and cilantro.
