Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1/2 Sweet Onion chopped
- 4 Garlic Cloves minced
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Chipotle Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 tbsp Beef Broth Powder
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp Arrow Root
- 1/2 can of Ro-tel tomatoes with chilis
- 12 Corn Tortillas
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 3 Vine Ripe Tomatoes diced
Instructions

Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil.

Cook the onion until it starts to soften. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Don’t add the the garlic too soon because it burns faster than the onions can cook.

Add the beef into the skill and cook until it is no longer pink.

Drain and return to the pan

Add all seasonings and Ro-tel. Mix and continue to cook until thickened.

While the meat is finishing up. Heat vegetable oil to 350°F degrees

Fry corn tortillas in deep fryer using a tortilla press fryer tongs. Cook for 40-50 seconds or until golden brown.

Prepare a plate with paper towels to set the cooked tortillas on. Lightly salt after removing from the fryer.
