In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sauce the lamb with garlic and oregano. Cook for 6-8 minutes until there is almost no pink. Combine the chile powders, beer, cider vinegar, and salt to taste and add tot he lamb. Stir and cook down until the liquid is gone.
Place tortillas into Oven Safe Taco Tenders on a baking sheet and warm for 5 minutes in the oven.
Make the slaw by combining the radishes, cabbage, cumin, cilantro, lime juice, and salt.
Transfer the slaw, lamb, and toppings to serving bowls and have the family build their taco!
Choose dark beer like Porters or Stouts to compliment the earthiness of lamb. If you are unsure, try using Guinness your first time. Which will also be great to drink during the meal too!
