Place thawed chicken breasts evenly in the bottom of the slow-cooker.
Combine spices and add to the slow-cooker, covering the chicken.
Quarter 1 lime and the whole orange. Squeeze the orange and lime quarters over the chicken. Place them on top of the chicken to cook along with it.
Chop the sweet onion and set enough aside to serve fresh. Add the remaining onion to the slow-cooker.
Cook for 4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low.
Remove chicken and shred using two forks.
Serve on Taco Tenders with your favorite toppings like fresh cilantro, black beans, cheese, and salsa. We used green chilies for a savory kick!
