Preheat the oven to 400°. Cut bacon strips in half. In a large nonstick skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat, turning once, for 5 minutes or until browned and crisp. Move Bacon to paper towels to remove excess grease.

In a bowl, combine eggs and milk and beat together. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium high heat. Add the eggs and cook, push edges of egg into the center, until soft forms form, about 3 minutes.

Fit tortillas into 2 oven safe Taco Tenders and place on a baking sheet. Spoon the eggs into the tortillas and smother with cheese. Bake for about 3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Add bacon and avocado to the top of the eggs and cheese. Serve right away, cilantro, white onion, lime wedges and hot sauce.
